Elizabeth has been singing in choirs since a young age , singing in church choirs, school choirs, and learning from amazing educators and conductors. She was also involved in dance at a young age, which fueled her passion for rhythm and movement. She attended Vancouver Community College, and received her Bachelor of Applied Music in Jazz and Contemporary Voice. She began learning there about conducting, and was invited to be the assistant Conductor of the West Vancouver United Church Choir. She received her degree of Education from SFU, and teaches elementary music in White Rock, BC. She is the current BC Orff Chapter President, and is thrilled to be the director of Common Sound Women's Choir since 2021.

Kerry is a performer, instructor, pianist, and music director with credits including Oliver, Legally Blonde (Theatre Under the Stars), Hairspray (Touchstone/Carousel Theatre), Guys & Dolls and The Full Monty (Patrick Street Prod/Persephone) plus over 50 others. As a musician, Kerry is a classically trained pianist and studied jazz at Capilano University. He is an in-demand accompanist in and around Vancouver and has played in rock bands, on cruise ships, and for countless special events, with a major highlight playing on the main stage of the TED conference in 2015 and sharing a stage with astronaut Chris Hadfield at the Vogue Theatre. In 2007 Kerry won the $10,000 prize in the Red Robinson Talent Showdown at the PNE. Kerry is thrilled to be both directing and musical directing one of his favourite shows, "The Fantasticks" in the April of 2023, for White Rock Players Club at the Oceana PARC Playhouse.
